Default Spear-Chucker build?

Can anyone recommend an enjoyable Spear (or Spear/Pet) build for a ranger?

This is NOT for PVP, so dont bother posting negative reasons why I shouldnt run a spear build...My reason for wanting to run a Spear build is just to try something different on my ranger for a change.

edit - Here's what I've put together so far:
Beast Mastery 11 + 1 + 3
Expertise 10
Spear Mastery 10

[skill]Holy Spear[/skill][skill]Enraged Lunge[/skill][skill]Never Rampage Alone[/skill][skill]Predatory Bond[/skill][skill]Otyugh's Cry[/skill][skill]Call Of Protection[/skill][skill]Comfort Animal[/skill][skill]Charm Animal[/skill]

edit 2 - Also note, the actual description for Otyugh's Cry is For 10...22 seconds, your animal companion gains +24 armor and cannot be blocked.

I like this one:

[skill]Expert's Dexterity[/skill][skill]Barbed Spear[/skill][skill]Disrupting Throw[/skill][skill]Poison Tip Signet[/skill][skill]Lightning Reflexes[/skill]

Then [skill]Dwarven Stability[/skill][skill]Blazing Spear[/skill][skill]"I Am The Strongest!"[/skill] if you're in PvE,
or [skill]Throw Dirt[/skill][skill]Maiming Spear[/skill][skill]Ressurection Signet[/skill] if you're in PvP.

He's right, it doesn't. You only have one attack skill with a recharge time.

...
That's all you need....
With Expert's Dexterity, Disrupting Throw recharges in ~2 seconds, which is fast enough so it can be used after every normal attack to generate an artifical IAS as well as a mass flood of interrupts.

And why do these new skill tags STILL not work....
